Returns Policy
· Regular Items: You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, unwashed items with original tags attached.
· Custom Items: All made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for fit or preference. We only accept returns for lost packages, manufacturing defects, or if we sent the wrong item.

· Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping for standard returns (e.g., size changes). String Freq covers all costs for defects or our errors.
· Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
