The Nature of Made-to-Order
At HOD, we create products based on your specific customizations (size, design, text, etc.). Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size chosen by the customer, or minor imperfections inherent in handmade products.
When Returns Are Accepted
We stand behind our quality. Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following specific circumstances:
Manufacturing Defect: The item you received has a significant flaw in workmanship or material.
Our Error: We made a mistake in fulfilling your customization request.
Damaged or Lost in Transit: Your order arrived with visible damage from shipping or never arrived (as per tracking).
How to Request a Return
If your situation meets the above criteria, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Email Us: Contact our team with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Provide Evidence: For defects or errors, please include clear photos or a video of the problem. This is essential for us to process your claim.
Resolution: Once we receive and approve your request, we will guide you through the return process and provide a pre-paid shipping label if applicable. Our resolutions include:
1. Re-making the correct item for you.
2. Issuing a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving the returned item or approving the claim. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
