1. Order Processing Times

  • Regular Products (In-Stock): Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom Products (Made-to-Order): As these items are crafted specifically for you, please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, slight delays may occur.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer standard shipping worldwide.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders with a subtotal of $200.00 USD or more.
  • Standard Shipping Rates: Europe: $14.50 USDUK: $7.95 USDNorth America: $12.95 USDAsia: $7.95 USDAustralia & New Zealand: $9.95 USD

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the ship date (excluding weekends and holidays):

  • Europe: 4–6 business days
  • UK: 4–6 business days
  • Asia: 5–6 business days
  • North America: 5–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–8 business days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes (including VAT), or customs fees charged by their country. String Freq is not responsible for these charges.

6. Damages, Loss, and Address Errors

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. Additionally, save all packaging and photos of the damage, then email us at info@stringfreq.com. We will assist you or arrange a replacement if stock allows.
  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
