Q: What does "Made-to-Order" mean?
A: We create each item after you order it. This allows full customization but requires 7-14 business days for production before shipping.
Q: Can I cancel my custom order?
A: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours if production hasn't started. Contact us immediately at info@housesofd.com.
Sizing
Q: What if my item doesn't fit?
A: As items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Measure a garment you own and compare to our size chart on the product page.
Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
A: We ship from China. Allow 7-14 days for production plus 5-20 days for shipping.
Q: Are there any extra costs?
A: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes in your country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your item ships.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: As products are made to order, all sales are final. We don't accept returns for change of mind or size issues.
Q: Do you make any exceptions?
A: Yes. We accept returns for manufacturing defects, customization errors, or items damaged/lost in transit.
Q: How do I request a return?

Product Care
Q: How should I wash my custom garment?
A: Wash inside out in cold water, air dry flat, and iron on low heat avoiding printed areas.
Discounts
Q: Where do I enter a discount code?
A: Enter promo codes at checkout in the "Discount Code" field.
Q: Why isn't my discount code working?
A: Check the spelling, validity date, and terms & conditions.
